My wife and I used SimpleCitizen for a spouse visa. As I have dealt with immigration attorneys in the past for Canada where I have paid $8000+ for services, I cannot emphasize enough how terrific a service such as SimpleCitizen can be. Truly makes the difficult and stressful process of immigration a breeze. After all, it is just "fill in the blank" paperwork from the government, why must it be so hard and expensive for ordinary people? SimpleCitizen successfully solves this and opens up the opportunities of US immigration for anyone, not just for the wealthy who can afford lawyers. I have had no robotic or automated messages from this company. All communication was sincere and human. Questions can be asked and answered through their live chat which is terrific. As a software developer, their online process may seem a bit "cheap" and occasionally unprofessional in my memory. I am only highlighting this because for a company dealing with legal processing, it does not bring you comfort to see some things mildly cheaped out. However, once you receive your final package in the mail with your documents and instructions, there will be no worry. Very professional and beautifully presented. I am confident that they know what they are doing. Can't recommend enough for the service and affordability.

Excellent Service beyond the expectations I was trying to file my marriage based green card and was clueless on what was needed. Simple citizen was the answer to all my questions. I used SimpleCitizen for my I-485 status change from a J-1 scholar visa. (I picked SimpleCitizen among all the available options based on reading reviews.) Prior to using SimpleCitizen I wanted to do it on my own, but it was taking too much time. Compared to pushing forward 5 pages after a month on my own, Simple Citizen helped me accomplished 400 pages after a couple weeks. My application was accepted by USCIS with no problem, and I just barely got my green card in the mail two weeks ago. I would've given it 5 stars, but there were a few little hiccups during the application filling process. SimpleCitizen works like CreditCarma or TurboTax where you just fill in information as prompted and a nicely-filled form would be spit out by the software, and all you need to do is then send it in the mail. Generally speaking, Simplecitizen provide enough information to help me roll through the applications. However, there're a few questions where the promptings they provided were not clear enough for me to know what was being asked. I used customer service a lot and exchanged quite a few emails with them to clarify what information was being asked from me. They were pretty fast in responding to all of my questions; however, I did find inconsistencies between the customer services personnel (different people giving different answers to the same questions, etc). Also, I found them really lacking email etiquette (I often felt like I was talking to a bunch of teenagers in a party instead of customer service personnel from whom I'd expect certain level of etiquette). Still, I got my answers so maybe I'm too old-school to expect them to be more polite. Compared with how much hassle my husband and I were dealing with when we were doing it on our own, we both agreed that using SimpleCitizen was well worth it. If I were to start all over again, I would choose SimpleCitizen again.

I spent several nights to fill all the I-485 related forms and give up. And found SimpleCitizen through Google search. The website is easy to use and saves me ton of time to figure out the confusing form. They will print and mail all documents with very clear instructions about where to sign the name. The staff are always responsive, helpful, and professional. I'd like to recommend SimpleCitizen to everyone who needs to deal with the USCIS.

Amazing experience. SimpleCitizen helped me gather all the required information that my interview was really easy and fast. Also, when I needed extra info about work authorisations, SimpleCitizen put me in touch with their lawyer so I could speak to the lawyer directly to ask any extra questions I had. It also took about 13 months for my approval stamp so I am really happy I chose them!!

The Simple Citizen staff was always reactive and sent me a complete response when USCIS sent me a Request for Evidence. That was very helpful because hard to navigate. I definitely recommend the service, the tool is user friendly and makes the whole process seamless. I was also reassured that a lawyer reviewed my file prior to submitting it.
