Yes, it is a pain to get all the documents needed in order, but once you do, it's a matter of using them to fill in the clear/easy to understand questions online and to upload them. The fact that there are resources to translate documents (as needed), the legal review (makes sure you are all good and will provide recommendations to make the case a bit stronger, etc.), and the fact that they print it all and mail it to you is amazing. Simple Citizen takes all the thinking out of the process and does all the hard lifting for you. The team answered each question via chat quickly and was very responsive.
