Amazing customer service and a pleasure to deal with this company! I looked around at a lot of other companies that offer similar services but I liked the back story of this company and the good reviews certainly helped. My husband and I did not have a complicated case for his green card, but with kids and a busy schedule I wanted someone there to double check I had done everything right the first time, before sending it in. For a relatively small fee I got not only the piece of mind I needed that my application was complete, but also the ease of a simple questionnaire and an easy uploading process for the many, many pages of questions and supporting evidence. I was helped every step of the way by Sierra and Shelby, who always had a positive tone and helpful attitude. I also appreciated the attention to detail, I can tell they went through my application with a fine tooth comb to ensure it did not get kicked back due to a small error. I highly recommend using this green card service, even if you're out of the country whilst applying. It's money well spent for an important piece of mind!

Wowwwwww Simple Citizen as their name implies is simple. My hubby and I had a lot of sleepless nights on how to start our application and also the high cost from some lawyers were too expensive for us. So we started browsing, Google and YouTube and We got to know SC through a YouTuber who was giving her honest review about SC. After watching, we were immediately convinced to check SC out. And I and my hubby are glad we got to know SC. First of all, their teamwork is mind-blowing. Great communication, like you, can chat or call them. Our CM McKay was always putting us through and making sure we got everything right. Thank you and great job, Mckay you're the best. We spoke to Tyler, Losa , Shelby on phone and chatted too, And they were very detailed in their explanations. Simple Citizen are very professional, excellent, great communication, teamwork, etc. If you choose the professional packet, you will also have an attorney assigned to you. So they are doing a great and mind-blowing job. I would recommend them to anyone looking for affordable, easy ways of filling their applications. Etc...They are the best. Highly recommended! I tried doing everything myself from watching online videos about how to fill out the forms but, that process is too lengthy and tiring. Simple Citizen makes it very easy and efficient. Online support is phenomenal. McKay, Kendra, and Tyler helped with all questions and were very professional throughout the entire process.I submitted my application recently, and waiting to receive further updates from USCIS.

I certainly would recommend SimpleCitizen! I had my marriage related immigration interview yesterday, and am now getting my greencard. We tried filing without help in the beginning, but the forms are quite complex and once we found SC, it definitely sped up the process and made it much easier.
