Update: fixed. Thanks to a nice sales person there. It would have been so simple to help a client. 5 minutes. For 6 months I try to connect to this service. Same problem: An error occurred. We were unable to find the selected Google Analytics property associated with the selected website. Please ensure to select only a property that exists on the selected website. Of course there is same property and the code is present on the site. Support not answering. All the tutorials are in vain, not working. Nobody answered on forums. And the story continues. I hope all the people with this problem will rate 1 star.

absolutey waste of time, you do not get a price without a timewasting call where they try to sell you things you do not want to buy. even if you ask thousands of times in a chat, you never get an answer - no clue how they are able to make money if they never call their price when getting asked

Decent tool for traffic stats. I prefer reviewbolt.com but this is quite good as well.

The data provided is not objective. The data is completely different from Google Analytics. I do not recommend any paid services, only to check the competition, but take the data with a large margin.

Terrible experience!!! They claimed that money won't be charged without a confirmation, but actually they were automatically withdrawn from my account. I have read the conditions and thought OK, let it be, I might use the service. But in 12 minutes, I have been charged for the same month again!!!

I highly recommend against doing business with this company. They employ deceptive sales tactics and refuse to issue a refund if you are unhappy with their product in the first 30 days. I ended up purchasing this product after the salesperson sold me the moon, only to realize during onboarding that I was sold the wrong product because I could not afford the one I wanted (they sold me a sales product, when I thought I was getting a marketing product. I didn'know enough about their skus to catch this on the SOW). I then tried to cancel service after using the product less than 5 hours in the first month. Their response was I entered into a contract and therefore owed them $10,500. I Asked just to part ways and walk away, I had not used the product at all. Plus I was not happy with their service or software. They pressed this issue and sent it to collections. I consistantly disputed the collections and thought that the issue disappeared, as I had not heard from them in 6 months. But I received a notice in the mail, this week, stating they are refusing to relent. To the contrary they are doubling down. When other companies are helping small businesses being hit rather hard by covid, I have a letter stating they would bring legal action against me if I did not settle with them. Interestingly, the letter is dated 10 November with a reply by 23 November to avoid legal action, yet the envelope is postmarked 17 December. I'm kind of at a loss with everything that this year has thrown at my SMB. We've lost substantial revenue and have had to fight to survive. We've worked hard this year to pivot and are now starting to see sights of growth. However, I may have to dig into runway, that could be better used supporting our pivot, to avoid legal action for for a service that I have not used. This by far is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. A software company should not have to evoke contract in the first 30 days to keep someone, if they have a good product. I suggest you stick with SEMrush or Ahrefs, you will be much happier.

Slow customer service and 1 day trial to rip people off. Really unpleasant experience.
