A complete scam. Really nice for them to offer you a free-trial subscription and then charge your card with a bogus payment service on an unrecognizable charge. Update: Refund has been processed. Still not happy about the whole situation, but they did right by me at the end.

I tried the 7-day trial for this marketing tool. The product itself seems pretty good, even though the trial version was quite limited in features and daily search time. However the sales team was way too pushy...After I canceled and told them I decided not to proceed, they kept bombarding me with follow-up emails and phone calls, even after I explained my reasons. It got really frustrating! Overall, it’s a decent product that's worth trying at least, but the aggressive sales tactics really put me off.

Not what it used to be. Slowly going downhill. It used to show you similiar websites, but now its basically one big ad for whatever website will pay the most.

Good site for metrics but removed a feature I used frequently, without warning or a way to retrieve the competitive lists I had created. Used to let you group sites together and get emails on the metrics compared to each other. Seems less and less features are available for the basic plan that used to be available.

Inconsistency of data at country level made me cancel the subscription. For a global player, such consistency is crucial.. otherwise granular, country level analysis are unreliable.

Please refund me and cancel the subscription immediately.

[REFUNDED] I was charged $199 immediately for just 1 month use. After I canceled my 7-day trial on the first day of visiting the website, the free usage for 7 days was all gone, leaving me with a blank page. I thought I subscribed again and the 7-day trial would be refreshed, but NO, $199 was charged immediately. Now I don't even dare to cancel because I don't know if I can use it within my 1-month charged. I submitted many forms with ticket ID 1488225, 1488219, 1488218, but no response. I cannot afford this much cost. REFUND and CANCEL my subscription asap. This is too pricey I was REFUNDED after receiving Similarweb response. The experience frightened me. The data provided was not always consistent, and the industry and category rankings often contained inaccuracies, including irrelevant entries (e.g., listing gambling or fraudulent websites under the Job & Employment category) - recently I see that it was seem to be fixed. Additionally, the pricing is exceptionally high, which does not align with the quality of the service delivered.
