70% Plastic cloths
I bought these cloths because they were advertised as natural bamboo but they are 70% polyester. I gave them a try anyway but found them difficult to lather. When I reached out to customer service they refused to honour their satisfaction guarantee. They will only refund cloths that haven't been used so I'm not sure how you are meant to try them. I had 2 unopened cloths I could have returned but I would have to pay postage from Australia to US. They offered me $15 to keep the cloths. A disappointing company that refuses to honour their online promises.
