BUYER BEWARE - NOT SIMA’S FAULT
I MADE THE MISTAKE OF NOT PAYING CLOSE ATTENTION WHEN I BOUGHT Sima exfoliating towel. . I thought I was buying a Sima Japanese Exfoliating shower towel. Instead I received a different product in entirely different packaging made by a company named Blissali. Sima replied very promptly to my post. When I checked emails I received about my purchase, I saw they were’nt from Sima. They were from another company that sneakily attached itself to Sima product. I hadn’t noticed change when I made purchase. Sima, I apologize for my mistake.

SIMA products purchased from our website are shipped in official SIMA packaging and are not manufactured or sold under the Blissali name. Unfortunately, we cannot verify products purchased from unauthorized third-party sellers. Blissali is a copycat brand and sadly sell bad quality towels and are not linked to our standards. We recommend contacting the seller or marketplace where the order was placed for a refund, and we’d also be happy to help you verify whether a seller is authorized before purchasing.
