The experience has been outstanding! As far as the products are concerned...the smell is too feminine for me to buy again but very effective. The lather could be a little more with the soap and the washcloth...I prefer if it was like the one i had before where you didn't have to focus on one side as in the exfoliating side. My other bamboo washcloth, same type and length, was exfoliating no matter what side you used because it was the same material all the way through. The lotion is an excellent quality but I wish the smell was more neutral so I could buy it again...the bottle is too small for $29 even though it was a BOGO free...marketing gimmick ;) Good stuff and all the best to you and the future of SIMA!

I love my Sima exfoliating cloths but; last year I bought them having seen them on Instagram 3 for about $20. Now they are about 1 for $20. I would love to buy for gifts but there is no way I will pay the new price. Its loose weave polyester embedded with a scratchy thread. Again. I love mine but I won't be purchasing more. Beware consumers!!

They were a lot bigger than I expected. It does feel like I’m getting a better scrub. I even used it on my feet and they are softer than ever! I would recommend this product to anyone who is interested in buying! 4 sure!

My skin is smoother and seems to get more benefits from the moisturizer I'm using.

After initially having trouble with the delay of my package and difficulty in contacting the company I was happy they reached out to follow up the delay.

The Sima towel is excellent and of very good quality. There was a hiccup with delivery but this was promptly resolved by their customer service team.

Promt response from sima about my delivery problem, all has been resolved as promised. I will continue to buy from this company as I do like the products I have bought so far, they are good quality and much more hygienic than what I was using before. I have given some as gifts and never had a bad response.
