Reach is attractive and practical
The Reach is attractive and I've received several requests asking what it is from strangers. They were impressed and agreed it's practical and useful. I wish it had a simple watch on it. I keep looking for the time! It was a bit hard to set up, but my son had no trouble. Customer service is inconvenient since I'm on mountain time. But it's good.

OK. Not great
Battery life can be flaky but usually good. My mother thinks it is too bulky so we leave it on her walker. It is ok. I think still room to get better.

Jason Kelly on your staff went above and beyond assisting me to set up my Silvertree Reach bracelet. He is an asset to your company. Jason has patience and a sense of humor and was a pleasure to speak with.

Great experience
I bought it for my mother and she has been wearing it ever since. It was easy to set up and has worked perfectly. It gives me great peace of mind knowing that she is safe

This is fabulous!
This is fabulous!! My mother at 94 wears it religiously. It has gone off and she received a text. We know it works. The only probably is trying to put new info into the profile which is not easy.

I still have not been able to use my device. I cannot set up the fall detection. I have been told that there’s an issue that the company is working on. I bought it for the fall detection.
