This site is owned and run by a pack of crooks and it's so deceitful - a daylight robbery! Con artists profiles run rampant there while normal genuine people's profiles get blocked for no reason. Mine was blocked 3 days after I made a payment. Make of it what you will, fellows!

In retrospect I should have read more reviews about silver singles. It got a good review from AARP magazine so I trusted it. It is not giving me many matches. Some days I don't get any at all or I get 1 or 2. Many of them with no pictures. I see the same people every day, but no new ones are added. You can't look at anything else to see if you might be able to find someone on your own. I'm extremely disappointed and do not recommend at this site at all.

I was part of a national group that spent 4 months online capturing everything for this investigation. This German company "Spark Networks Services GmbH"(Spark.net) with a dozen singles sites and TV commercials. They are accused of systematically creating fake accounts on their servers use to lure Americans into paying for a membership. They are channeling hundreds of thousands of stolen images from social media and even from past and present users of their service. The majority of solen photos are fit and attractive females for automated fake accounts (Bots) that contact male users motivating them to pay for a subscription. Spark.net is traded on the NYSE. The Attorneys General in all states is expected to sign the complaint to shut them down and refund everyone. Victims whose photos were used without consent will be entitled to a settlement following the class-action lawsuit. They eventually canceled my account when they learned I was investigating them. Thanks to all the warning provided by previous writers, I singed up for free and was going to subscribe to Silversingles.com when I came across these reviews. I'm not going to subscribe now instead I'm going to try and delete my profile. Thanks a million readers.

This is the worst site I have ever been on paid for 6months more fool me. Trying to contact them to cancel is murder I sent a email via a consumer complaints site as it was the only way I could find to send to them they obviously don't want you to contact them.

I agree with the other suckers. The site is very polished and legit; but please stay away, pity I can’t talk to the other people who have come online to express their feelings.

I wish that there would be 0 for rating instead one star. However Scammers I was on site just les the 2 hours when I noticed when you search you don’t to get the see the picture of the members unless you are a premium member. Also to delete you account was hard to find under My account as the delete text is small and not highlighted.

Not even 1 star for Silver Singles. My best advice is stay away it is a complete scam they make out that you can pay a monthly fee for 3. 6. Or 12months and then they take the total amount in one swoop and even though I cancelled well within the so called cooling off period 72hrs . They have said I can only cancel not to renew in 6 months. So they have taken a fee for 6 months £150. Also they send matches from so far away that you certainly could not call them local, and my stupid bank the Halifax won't let me cancel the payment even though the money has not yet left my account, so they are consorting with fraudsters.
