DO NOT JOIN THIS SITE! worst "dating site" ever

I thought I'd test the site and sign up for the minimum at a modest cost of $13.00. I then checked my credit card the next day and it was billed for $83. I tried to contact the various emails to request a refund and got into a customer service loop which was a series of emails. In summary, these thieves kept my money with the following message: "Regrettably, we will not be able to refund your subscription fee. The right to a refund expires after 3 days of the initial purchase of your Premium membership. " Never purchased a premium membership, never accessed the site, but couldn't get the issue resolved. Scammers, scammers, stay away from these people. If there was an option to give them less than one star I would. They will steal your money and keep charging your account even when you cancel they don't put your cancel date they put it months later. I asked them to make it right they want to put you through all kinds of hoops then you have to write them and billing will not talk to you and of course they won't because they don't want to talk to all the angry people. The little girl that took my phone call was really sweet I told her that if she was a Christian or believes in doing the right thing she was working for the wrong company and if she was my daughter I tell her to quit. She could get them a negative star rating.

This site is a rip-off. Full of fake users.

The site is hopeless, doesn t work as a site as you are unable to scroll on the pages no reply from customer care. Once you ve paid it s your problem that the site isn't t fit for purpose. Complete waste of money

I had not even paid when I started receiving 25-50 sex related spam messages a day. My inbox and promotions box were loaded with duplicate notifications. What a mess. I also received emails from insurance and various other companies. Needless to say I blocked silversingles emails and deleted my profile.

I am having trouble changing my password impossible to contact them. They say they will send you an email snd never do. List all my contacts and because I thought my time had expired rejoined(this was a mistake) and found it hadn’t but they still took my money. How the hell do I change my password can anyone out there tell me. Totally disenchanted and fed up with unorganised lot.

Be warned there is an upfront 6 month payment (£167 ish) taken in one go, if you want to see photos, send messages etc. Also, it is not exclusively for 50+ as was described when I joined. Women under 50 can join, meaning this dating site is actually no different to any other and women in their 50s are 'in competition' with women under 50 - a bit soul-destroying when I thought this website was different. Waste of time, money and energy.

I really wish I had seen these reviews before I joined up. Men sending likes and smiles. When you reply you get nothing back. I don’t know what server they are using but it is really poor. Takes ages to load the pages or sometimes won’t load at all. I’ve asked for matches within a 50 mile radius but getting them from all over the country which is pointless. They get good reviews on things like top 10 dating sites. I can’t imagine why.
