I was a client on this site for 3 months. During this period, I do not think I ever interacted with a "real"person. Many I realized were fake profiles and persons and others the company warned me about. It was extremely frustrating to never message a person who was near you and real.

I just became a member, however, I had an issue which was handled by one of the Reps. and was taken care of ASAP. I am more impressed with this dating site now that I know they are very caring for their members. I plan on rejoining Silver Singles. I really trust this dating site. Thank you dtaverna46@yahoo

I had my account locked by the, citing some suspicion about conflicting information in my profile. I was required to send them photos of govt issued ID and had not heard back from them. I think i was scammed into providing sensitive information. now what do i do? 3-7-2024: I was told to contact customer care. all i have is an email address from someone named Anjali and a company address in Germany. i have no phone number or any other way to contact SS. they have not replied in 3 days since they received my govt issued ID info.

Good matching and notified if a scammer was in the system

I had 2...one involving account reactivation (resolved & reviewed) and the 2nd a proactive warning about a suspected scammer. The warning was greatly appreciated, especially since my very first serious interaction on the site turned out to be a scam.

I wish your site would not BLUR the photos on free Basic. I know it is an incentive to but a membership to view the actual people.

Completely a scam had a lady on here, pretend to love me and was a military service scam, two days of chat she asked for money, this site is a complete scam, all the girls are false, please don't be fooled by this place

No one to contact by phone. No physical address for site. Too many fake profiles to fill in the lack of subscribers. Same 50 real people because there are not enough real users. Too many "canned" responses to send if you do find someone to contact. Not enough "real" information for the personal description - "canned" profile for this. Poor platform to get to know someone. No private photo upload if I actually wanted to send a photo to a complete stranger; someone who just sends one email requesting a photo. Poor platform for even initiating communication.
