Two amazing experiences that put Silverado in a 5 star ranking are: The well trained staff! They learned how to effectively communicate with residents to calm, respect, and give them dignity. This is true of all staff; dietary, laundry, housekeeping, caregivers, grounds, maintenance, front desk, administrators, everyone at Silverado! The second advantage that is almost impossible to find anywhere else is the residents' ability to open the door and walk outside to be in the stunningly beautiful and secure grounds. The grounds include majestic Redwood trees, flower gardens, benches, resident dogs, chickens. The residents can safely wander through the grounds and benefit from being outside in nature, get exercise and breathe fresh air. I will always be grateful for the loving care our Silverado "family" gave my husband.

My mother was transferred to Silverado directly from the hospital.... The Silverado Team was instrumental in her continuous improvement in her care at Silverado. My mothers situation was very complicated because she not only suffered from alzheimers disease, but also severe vascular disease...Her situation and prognosis was 6 months.. With the Silverado hospice nurses & supporting team her vascular disease is under control & she is in a much better place health wise...Between the nurses, and doctors & caregivers we were able to get mom on the right medications & she is now in a happy & safe environment due to the consistent efforts of the Silverado Team. My family including myself is grateful to everyone at Silverado for the love and care shown to my mom.

Silverado In Illinois is the best. My mom was there for five years and had outstanding treatment. Marcia Kravetz the Director of Nursing is great to work with and made sure My mom had wonderful care.

Both my parents live at Silverado. They have an amazingly supportive staff! They truly care about my parents so I feel very comfortable trusting them to give my parents the very best care. We love the pets and homey environment. We were truly blessed when we discovered Silverado.❤️

My husband was at Silverado for about a year. I could no longer take care of him at home, even with 1-1 caregivers. It was a blessing that he could live at Silverado. It is close to home so I could visit him every day. They took good care of him. His condition and needs changed all the time and they adjusted to make sure he had the best possible care. I give the caregiver and nursing staff very high marks. The activities were wonderful. My husband didn’t participate much in the activities but he loved to sample the food they made, so he was always included in the snack. When he was admitted to hospice and he started to decline, the staff at Silverado did everything possible to assure that he was well taken care of. By the way, my husband had an ocean view room and we could see the sunset every night from the dining room. The food is excellent by the way. For a person with memory care needs, I think Silverado is excellent, much better than a normal memory care unit in an assisted living situation because memory care is all that Silverado does. Thank you.

I am very satisfied with the care that is given to the residents at Silverado Care facility ( Tustin Hacienda facility). Silverado Tustin has an excellent Administrator with outstanding Staff members. I can not be more satisfied with the care that is provided by Silverado Staff.

My mother has been at Silverado for two years now. I honestly don’t know what I would do without them. The level of care my mother receives is excellent.

I have been very pleased with my Moms care at Silverado. From the intake to her daily care I am very satisfied. Staff is always very friendly, helpful and respond promptly to questions.
