The staff at Beverly Place has been supportive at all times. My husband has been a resident for seven months and although there have been a few issues the staff always addresses my concerns, Alzheimer’s is a bumpy road and I am grateful to have my husband at Silverado.

Silverado is everything that it stands by. We have been their 31/2 weeks and our experience is wonderful. Very happy that we have chosen Silverado for the memory care.

I heart Silverado. Not to be flip but I've been in the Senior world for 7 years now since my mother was first diagnosed with Alzheimer's and they are the gold standard for memory care. Silverado provides excellent physical care but beyond that, their spirit, warmth, acceptance and appreciation of finding laughter and joyful moments where ever possible is singular. Silverado is the antidote to the isolation and fear that plagues loved ones and families in this grueling experience.

The staff at Silverado Beverly Place is amazing!!!!!!!! I love everyone; Stephanie, Jason, Juliana, Maggie, Rose, Emilio, Sarah, Mia, Joanie, Martin and all of the caregivers, nurses and admin staff. They care about our loved ones and I appreciate them and feel that my husband is in good hands. Safe and well cared for.

My father has been a resident of Beverly Place Silverado for two years now. How does a person even begin to rate and most of all thank the people who care for their loved one every day, every hour, in every way? His room is always clean, he is in clean clothes, showered, shaved. There are activities that stimulate him, physical therapists who keep him moving, nurses who watch over him. Staff who love him and treat him with such dignity and respect. There are support groups for the residents families and loved ones. Dementia is not an easy journey and the support along the way for me has been a blessing. The staff keeps in constant contact if there are any concerns. They give me peace of mind. Dad is treated as though he is the most important person there. Beverly Place Silverado has not only become dads' family, but ours as well. Thank you!

My husband was diagnosed with Alzheimers, early-onset in 2013; he is considered late stage. He has been at Silverado HP for just over 2 years. I believe that we are in the best place for Larry given that we are unable to care for him at home. The care givers are the 1st line of defense at any facility and the care-givers at Silverado are some of the best I have seen. The administration at HP has worked hard to make sure that they employ only those who consider the work to be a calling and not just a job. The staff is professional, loving and kind. If you are facing a situation that causes you to consider placing your loved one, Silverado should be at the top of your list.

My wife is beginning her second year at Silverado Memory Care . She is currently at the Herman Park location after the change in management there last year. She had been at the Sugarland location prior to the change in management company of that location. Fortunately, the administration personnel who made the Sugarland location so special moved to the Herman Park location. The people make the difference in the care of a loved one and the new administrators brought their caring and efficient management style along with their community building skills to Silverado Herman Park. Come visit and see for yourself the difference the people make!

Very caring staff in clean environment. Always plenty of scheduled activities for residents. We have dropped in on many occasions unannounced and it is great to see everyone having fun.
