"When we began working with Signpost we had about 480 members and roughly 700 leads and our reviews were somewhat nonexistent. It has been a nightmare dealing with them. I have told them that I have wanted to cancel for months now. They refuse to be professional. They have since charged me multiple times against my wishes and have not given me the chance to even speak with someone who "has the power" to cancel my account. I wouldn't even recommend this shady company to my enemies..

Our auto-renewal policy is clearly stated in your contract, and we did send you a courtesy reminder prior to your renewal date. It looks like you have so far received 37 Outcomes (Feedback responses, Reviews, and Offer Claims) on your account despite not having all of your campaigns enabled, which is great!

This is an updated review. I had a lot of issues with them initially, but they sorted it out, so I'm updating my review to reflect this. Ultimately, the system isn't what we're looking for and it's not as customizable as what we're looking for, but they have a good model and definitely would be a great solution for most businesses.
