By far, the best insurance I have ever had. Wishing I could continue with Sidecar after retiring and before Medicare begins, but no private policy options sadly. Fabulous customer service!

In theory it is great, but that is only in theory. Just make sure to do all the work for them, obtain itemized receipts and upload said receipts. Then they will deny you even when their literature says it is covered. Once you call them out and submit said literature from their company saying it is approved, they will still deny you. But at least they said sorry. Not the fault of the employees. Just more business majors making medical decisions to line their pockets.

Sidecar makes it so easy to pay at my doctor's office and the pharmacy. My hospital visits are so easy too. I've been I'll or injured quite a bit lately, and they've come through every time. I am very grateful to them. Great job !!!

Everyone I talk to is professional in the best sense of the word: both kind and competent, both patient and prompt. They always call back when they say they will. Who does that?

Amazing customer service and very easy process to submit receipts!

They are always available to answer questions and help. If they don’t have an answer, they will get back with you in a timely manner. They are so helpful. If you are at a doctor’s office or a pharmacy in need of help, they will stay on the phone with until the issue is solved!

I'll just say this, that with Sidecar, there was no aggravation getting my prescription filled!! Sidecar is awesome!
