Great People, 1 Grumpy Cat
I was referred to this company through a broker and found the point person, Kristi, to be 100% knowledgeable, responsive, and friendly. She was extremely informative, dealt with my request (which involved a location outside a normal route), and delivered on her service quote. The only issue with the company was that the driver (who had to make a special route), was late, did not answer my calls inquiring where he was (although he did call me back each time), and was grumpy when he arrived. I had informed the company several times that many of the files were in bags, not standard bankers' boxes. When, however, he arrived, he appeared overtly irritated that there were bags. He did perform the service quickly and efficiently once he arrived and, fortunately, I like Grumpy Cat even in forms personified. I would highly recommend the company! It was certified, reasonably priced, and Kristi is awesome!

Response time was incredible. I made the inquiry, had a company on the phone in less than 10 minutes, and a quote/ appointment in less than 20 minutes. Very impressed!

Received a call 2/17 2 min after email. Have heard nothing since. Recieved a call immediatly following this post, and the issue has been resolved.
I have not been contacted to receive any quotes. It has been three days Thank you for your timely resolution to my problem. I was contacted immediately by your company and within a few hours of your call I was contacted by a shredding company that was friendly and affordable.
