Just placed an online inquiry with shred nations to shred documents for my home-based business. Had previously tried a local company and had taken days for them to even return my call. After contacting Shrednations.com, I received a call literally within minutes and on a Saturday no less! I tried to call a "local" number. It was immediately obvious that it was not local. The person who answered did so quickly and politely. Unfortunately the "local" business is located 120 miles away round trip. Not a business I will use.

The response time to my inquiry was remarkable. I called at 11:30am and received confirmation at 11:59 that Chesapeake Paper Systems LLC would be at my location by 2:00pm. In fact, they were there at 1:10pm. I will definitely recommend Chesapeake Paper.
