Due to an internal issue, your request for shredding accidentally went into their spam folder. This was entirely our mistake an we apologize. Dear Doug - Thank you for taking my call today. I spoke with Tom at Proshred Denver today and he said he had you on his list to call this afternoon. The shredding request you initiated came in yesterday, February 10th. Occasionally, when our local providers are extremely busy, they are not able to contact you the same day. We are sorry if this was not your expectation. When we match you with a provider, we send out a biography email of the shredding provider who will be contacting you and provide you with all their contact information. We have every expectation that our response time is speedy and we again apologize that there was a one-day delay. If you eventually feel satisfied with the service, keep in mind that you can adjust your star rating appropriately. Thanks for you feedback. I spoke to the local document destruction provider in your area and found out that a glitch in our system prevented him from receiving the referral yesterday. I asked Fred at E-Shred to please follow up with you today. Please do not blame him for this error.
