I thought I was going to call 3 to 5 companies but this was so easy. I made one call to Shred Nations and they help me make the connections. I made the call at 10:26 AM and I had a vendor call me at 10:32 AM to offer a quote. How easy is that?

I spoke with Michael on the phone and met Angel in person. Both were extremely friendly and professional. Stellar service, highly recommended!

Total waste of time. I found my own shredding service online and signed up with them before Shred Nations ever called me. And when the call came, it was just to ask me questions and would not tell me what shredding companies they found for me.

Dear Lee We received your request late Saturday afternoon. We emailed you back immediately to gather more information to better serve you because the form you filled out was incomplete. Like the majority of document destruction providers across the country, we do not work weekends but we still reached out. We are sorry we could not have helped you any sooner. We are glad you were able to help yourself in this situation and hope all went smoothly with your document destruction needs. Thank you for your valuable feedback. We will use it to improve our services moving forward. Again, our apologies for wasting your time. Sincerely, Shred Nations Customer Support 800-747-3365
