Dear Barry - I am sorry that you were displeased with our service. Our records indicate that we were able to match you with three separate, local document destruction providers close to your location to handle your shredding of 24 legal boxes and 15 letter boxes. Your request came through fairly late in the day yesterday. Hopefully, by now, you have been contacted by some or all of these providers to offer service and competing quotes for your project. If not, please contact me directly and I will expedite the process. I apologize that we did not meet your initial expectations, but I hope you will give us the opportunity to correct this matter to your complete satisfaction.
