Professional, efficient and quick response
Very professional and received a quick response in minutes. We are not located in your territory; however, your recommendation was just as great. Had a representative call and confirmed in just minutes. Highly recommend your services. Thank you very much.

Hung up on
Requested a quote online, no introduction as to who the company was. Could barely understand or hear the representative who contacted me. I asked for clarification in regards to what the call was for/info and was hung up on. I had to call back to figure out who they were. I filled out a quote for Shred Nations and got a call from a DD Logistics?? How am I supposed to figure out what they're calling back! Poor customer service.
Response from Shred NationsApr 24, 2015
Dear Bianca - I reached out to you and left a message. I apologize that our service failed in some way. We take your comments seriously and we appreciate your feedback. I understand that you filled out a form on the Shred Nations website. Since you filled it out so completely (thank you) we immediately forwarded it to two (2) providers in your area to offer you competing quotes with our secure document destruction specialists. "DD Logistics" was NOT one of them and they are not even in our network of providers. You should have received an email from us letting you know the companies who would be contacting you and the Biography pages of the local shredding providers. If this unfortunate situation works out to your satisfaction, please remember that you can revisit this review and edit it to reflect the hopefully satisfactory result. If there is anything else we can do for you, please do not hesitate to call. Sincerely, Erik Larsen Shred Nations Customer Care 800-747-3365 x214

Haven't heard from vendor
While Shred Nations responded immediately, I have not heard from any shredding vendors since putting in a request for quote.

Immediate response
I received a return phone call within 20 minutes of submitting the request for a quote. Can't ask for much better than that.
