The only issue I had was the utility sink that I have is old and the connections won’t work but I just got creative and it works great

Great product highly recommended

This shower works. We have owned and used the Shower bay for approximately two years. It is well designed and constructed. It is light weight and easy to move. The people at the company answer questions and back their product for years, replacing parts if requested. I recommend it. I do have one suggestion. One of the wires was wearing from being bent to store it every day. The wire cannot be replaced. We have protected it with duck tape to stop the wearing and know we should have avoided storing it every day with the fold in the same place. Could there be a warning to prevent others from doing what we did?

Trying to retrofit my home to accommodate my elderly father in a wheelchair was a nightmare. Lots of unscrupulous "contractors" were willing to give me ridiculous quotes for a handicapped shower. I had to do months of extensive research by myself (and I work in healthcare). When I contacted the people at Shower Bay, they were so helpful. It was finally wonderful to speak with people who knew what we needed. Shower Bay is AWESOME!!! My 83 year old father has been using it all by himself for 3 years now with absolutely no problems (okay, once he did overflow it, but it was his fault and he's never done it again). I am so happy I didn't spend many tens of thousands of dollars to add a handicapped accessible shower when all we needed was a shower Bay. Buy it!!

I put it together myself in about 25 minutes including unpacking. Snaps together and hooks up very quickly. A life saver and eliminated the need for a bath remodel. Very portable. NIce looking. A little tall for me to reach over, some sharp corners on doors and sides, can be very slippery without floor mat.

I don't want to go through the hassle to remodel my house to have a shower room on the first floor. The Shower Bay shower solved my problem. The shower is a high-quality product. It is very easy to use. Russel, VP of the company has been very helpful to set up the shower. I highly recommend the shower unit.

The staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the product. They even answer the phone directly! My Mom broke her hip trying to go upstairs to use the shower. Needless to say, once recuperated she would no longer be able to go upstairs again. However, no shower or bathtub downstairs. YIKES! Looked into somehow remodeling in order to accommodate but the cost was astronomical, and likely have to be reconverted back at some point. This portable shower was THE solution. Installed in less than an hour in an area by downstairs sink and it works incredibly well. ALSO, the portable shower chair is of high quality, better than ones advertised elsewhere by far. This shower/chair combo was an incredible find for my 88 year old Mom. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
