Shower BayReviews of showerbay.com

very helpful on the phone

I’m forever grateful for finding this company. Such an excellent product with superb customer service. This shower has meant that my 103 year old father can remain in his home. Thank you!

Nice idea for sale

Wow. Can't say I am surprised. These kinds of business. I turned my shower on and brown sulfur smelling water spilled out of the head. Why. My toilet also immediately started flooding and the brown water poured everywhere. My bathroom grate was painted on and didn't even work. My whole house was then set on fire. On the whole I had a great experience with both the product and the builders innovative solution of painting the drain on the ground. The in store facilities are also exemplary.

Excellent product, excellent service, and fantastic communication throughout the process. Highly recommended!

Great portable shower! Easy to set up, sturdy, and a wonderful solution for someone with mobility limitations. It makes showering safer and much more convenient without requiring permanent bathroom modifications.

The owner was great! He called to answer any questions. The product is fabulous. It makes my life easier. I highly recommend this product!

VERY responsive, helpful, patient and accommodating. And the speed in which we received our product was amazing, it showed up on our doorstep before we even thought about checking the shipping status. Amazing all around, literally no complaints!
