It is not often you buy a product on line that not only meets your expectations but is high quality and is backed by what I am going to call ‘The Russel Warranty’. Russel is not only concerned with setup but cares about how the person using it feels. My wife had a stroke and the one thing she misses is being able to sit in a shower and just soak. I can’t get her shower chair into our current shower and the chair in the bathtub requires a lot of careful lifting and twisting on my wife’s part. I saw Russel’s shower and said to my wife this looks like what we want. Well it is . She loves it. She is enjoying her soaks again. It was so easy to set up with a little help. Thank’s Russel.

Very responsive, they sent out information immediately and called to be sure we were purchasing the best item for our needs. Lots of information was provided to us afterwards with directions, instructions, videos, and recommendations for accessories. Very impressed, hands down one of the best in customer service and support. The shower is also amazing and works perfectly for what we need.
