I ordered 4 solid colour masks, 2 of which (thankfully) came with replacement toggles for the ear loops. The very first time I tried to put one of the masks on, one of the loop toggles split down the middle. After trying to get the loop through one of the replacement toggles many times unsuccessfully I eventually had to resort to sewing one of the loops. I may just have to sew all of them just in case the other ear loop toggle splits unexpectedly.

After buying several masks that disappointed in how they fit, this one is by far the best! The mask is adjustable so can fit any face. The mask is soft without being flimsy, has a filter pocket for an extra layer of protection, the ear loops are comfortable, as is the moldable nose bridge. It’s washable- I wash mine by hand and find it very easy to do. It’s a very comfortable, breathable mask!

I love these masks. A little bummed they came out with better patters literally right after I submitted an order for solid colored masks. They fit myself and my abnormally big partner and his beard surprisingly. It doesn’t fit him anymore because he lost it...

Update on my previous review/issue with Shopvida The company replied the day after my post and I contacted them 2 days later and explained in detail (again) my issue with them. 3 days later they responded: HI Bob, I'm checking with our team now and should have an answer for you shortly. That was over a week ago and I have not heard back from them. I would give them a negative rating but that is not possible.

I love the Vida masks. Great fit, filter and colors are great. We're planning a flight soon. Grest to know we have masks with filters. Thanks for making it all convenient!!

I placed an order for a sweatshirt on July 21, knowing it would take 22 business days to receive. I tried to track the order and without success on August 30, I reached out to customer service. Alyssa responded on August 31 with the usual excuse about high volume of orders and support request; and it was obvious Alyssa didn't take the time to find out what I ordered because she mentioned " this mask is something you need urgently", when I ordered a sweatshirt. She then updated the response and advised that the order was still processing - after 30-days!!! I love the idea of getting a piece of clothing created by an artist, but really 2 months to create a sweatshirt? I was so disappointed by the lack of concern I cancelled the order. And I'm afraid to order with this company again.

I ordered 4 masks, and two (50%) were damaged upon arrival. The rubber piece used to adjust the ear loops were broken, making it impossible to wear the mask.

We made a large purchase for our school to be able to provide every student and every teacher with a mask. Our experience with customer service was amazing, shipping was fast, and the cost reasonable. The quality is good. A couple of our male faculty felt the mask was a little small but they are the exception..everyone else (kids and adults) love the fit.
