Please notice that the items you have bought are final sale items which therefore - by our returns policy are non refundable and are eligible for a store credit refund or exchange. as it clearly states on our return policy page : WHAT QUALIFIES FOR A RETURN? Items that qualify for a return are any item that is unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, with all the original tags attached and not marked FINAL SALE. Tops and dresses can get makeup on them very easily during the try on process, please take extra care. - Items marked with FINAL SALE cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged. - Items marked under any regular SALE are qualified only for exchange / Silk & Salt store credit, and cannot be returned for a refund. - Items purchased with a 30% or more coupon code are considered sale items. - Accessories and jewelry are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
