I ordered the staycation sweatset in two colors, and while the shirt and duster fit great, the pants are far too tight (I got the set in XS). They fit like leggings and give me a huge cameltoe. I am 5'0" and 98lbs, i'm not sure who these pants would fit! I've sent in an email to see if I can exchange them for a size up.

My purchase was fine but don’t expect refunds if you return anything. They list all of their clothes as “sale” items and will only provide you with a “store credit” for sale items you return. So…. If they don’t have anything else you want to use a store credit on, you’re stuck

Hi Paige :) Thank you for your feedback Our policy does apply to heavily marked down items or old collections that we will not continue selling in the upcoming future - that is the reason for their low pricing , our return policy is reflected throughout the users journey and if an item is marked as sale you will have multiple indications for it prior to ordering. The material is great!! Your blouses are just for short torsos is the problem so it's a tough fit.

The return policy is non existent. If you order the product and do not like it you are stuck with it unless you want "store credit". Update after their response: Can I get a refund for the itchy sweater? Please reach out to me.

Hi Elizabeth That is definitely not the case here , let's explain : Items who were purchased under a sale or final sale markdown will be eligible for free size exchange / store credit to get anything else item from the store . Refunds are available, obviously - for items who are eligible and were not heavily marked down. Thank you

The 2 lounge sets I bought were perfect and true to size. I then purchased a few hundred $$ worth of items that I had to return and was shocked to see I could only flyer store credit b/c they had been on sale. I really didn’t like anything else abs the sweater and matching top/pants set I got were scratchy.
