Thank you Silk & Salt for reaching out so fast! I really love my order, let me wash it before sending me another, maybe it will take of itself, I always line dry, so I'll let you know how it goes! Thanks!

When I found out that I couldn't return one item, I was very disappointed. I reached out to a customer rep, who simply pointed to a policy on the Web site that I had already read. I did return one item, but received no information on how to exchange it for another one. Very poor customer service.

User easy website. I found exactly what I was looking for and when the product arrived, I loved it so much I not only ordered in a different color but also ordered my daughter the same outfit. What I really love, is I ordered and received my product in less than a week and a half.

The dress didn’t fit me in the bust area, too big. You were great about returning it. Thank you. I will continue to shop at your online store. Love the top I bought.
