I have credit towards a purchase from a return in 2022. Website nonfunctional x 2 years. No answer to emails.

They closed, lied and continue to do so…They owe so many people money, say they are opening back up when in fact they are not. They show that they are based out of Nevada but it is obvious that they are not by the communication and recent postings on their social media. Their website, social media and FB are still up. The emails I have received are a different lie and story every time. I can do without the money, it’s the fact they get to lie and scam people, is beyond me. Be honest with your customers…Silk & Salt is owned by Liat Tessone. She also runs a company called Yourstory-group which specializes in e-commerce and helping other companies sell their products. I’m sorry, what?

I adore their clothing range.

Ive been an affiliate of theirs for 3 months, ive made a lot of sales for them and not even i never got the money that i was workingfor but for one year now they wont even reply to any of my emails and other contact forms!

I reached out because I was unable to exchange or return items from my order. I did not get a resolution to the order.

There was great customer service from silk and salt..I had a purchase that involved store credit so it was kind of if complicated .you guys did it for me .thank you .& I 😘 be the lounge set I got👍👍🥰

Quality of the clothing, the ease of ordering and quick delivery

Love their clothing! The only reason why I wont' rate them 5 stars is because their customer service sucks! They take forever to answer or they don't answer at all (this is critical if I'm supposed to be a part of their ambassadors)
