Great outfit - the crop top just did not work on my figure

I never received my order.

I placed and order Feb 27, it is April 12, and I still have not received anything, and I have sent multiple emails with NO response. I have even put in a pay pal dispute, they have not even responded to that. What the hell???

I cannot give Silk&Salt five stars at this point because I still haven’t received my merchandise! I ordered two dresses and waited for two weeks with no word, contacted the company via email and they suggested that they were having warehouse problems and that they were working on it. Waited a week, heard nothing, reached out a second time, got the same response. The emails suggest that their customer service is on top of things, however I still have not received my merchandise from Silk and Salt yet several requests to “rate” them as a company??

How can I write a review and I STILL haven’t received my order?!?! I’m still waiting for a tracking number, but you send a request to write a review?! This doesn’t make sense.

I have 2 orders outstanding. It's been weeks. Still waiting. The only time I hear from you guys is when I initiate correspondence. Not happy. Would just rather a refund at this point, and cancel my orders. As, I'm sure they haven't even been shipped.

I’m always between sizes & wasn’t sure how S&S would run for my first buy, so I ordered two different sizes in the peacock dress. The dress lives up to its 5 stars. The other dress was an easy, no-hassle return. I wasn’t charged a “handling” fee like TRR is trying to charge me to return a sweater with two undisclosed holes in it : /. S&S has great sales often. I returned to take advantage of one to buy a black cami. I emailed them (not even to complain) but only to check in on the status of that delivery, & because they were backed up they gifted me a credit for my “inconvenience”. Wow! I’m so impressed with their level of customer service. I’ll definitely be a loyal customer—very satisfied with my purchases & service. Keep up the good work!

I ordered and paid for an item on 3/22/22 and it still has not been shipped.
