The return policy is non existent. If you order the product and do not like it you are stuck with it unless you want "store credit". Update after their response: Can I get a refund for the itchy sweater? Please reach out to me.

Hi Elizabeth That is definitely not the case here , let's explain : Items who were purchased under a sale or final sale markdown will be eligible for free size exchange / store credit to get anything else item from the store . Refunds are available, obviously - for items who are eligible and were not heavily marked down. Thank you
