As several others have commented, I too became a "victim" simply by visiting the website and opening a "free" account in order to explore their shipping options. Their services didn't suit my needs, so I moved on, never using their site again, never utilizing their service. Months later, this "free" account was suddenly upgraded to something else at a charge of $33 per month. I attempted to access my MYUS.COM account, but my password manager had no record of it, and when I attempted to change the password in order to gain access, I never received the email to do so, so I couldn't actually even see my account. I've contacted them by email, I'll update this review if events warrant.

Their team was initially helpful. They asked for the product links and details, and after a couple of weeks they clearly confirmed that the items were allowed into Saudi Arabia and that I could proceed with the order. Relying on that written authorization, I placed the order. The products arrived at the MyUS warehouse. That is when the problems began. Suddenly the packages were placed “under review.” When I asked why, they claimed they needed to check whether the items could enter Saudi Arabia — the exact question they had already answered weeks earlier. I forwarded them the email in which they had given me the green light. They simply ignored it, acting as if the previous confirmation never existed. On 1 October 2026 they went further and threatened to dispose of my packages if I did not tell them what to do. I immediately instructed them to forward the goods to another address in the United States so a friend could hold them while I sorted out the situation. From that moment on, all communication stopped. Emails went unanswered. No status updates were provided. Nothing. As of mid-October 2026 I still have no information about the whereabouts of my packages. More than $USD200 of merchandise that MyUS confirmed was acceptable — and that physically arrived at their warehouse — has effectively disappeared under their control. They have neither returned the goods, shipped them as instructed, nor offered any resolution or refund. This experience shows a complete lack of accountability. A company that first authorizes a purchase in writing and then refuses to honor that authorization, threatens disposal, and then goes silent while keeping the customer’s property is not providing a reliable service. I strongly recommend thinking carefully before trusting MyUS.com with your packages or your money.

I was a loyal MyUS customer for years. My account was on a free plan. Without my permission, MyUS silently upgraded my account to a "Premium" plan and charged me $60. They never asked. They never notified me. They just took the money. When I discovered the charge and disputed it through PayPal, I won. PayPal agreed the charge was unauthorized. MyUS's response? They closed my account in retaliation. They sent me an email saying, "Due to an inquiry we received from the bank, your MyUS account has been closed and we cannot extend our services to you." That is their business model. They target loyal customers, secretly upgrade them to paid plans, and when you fight back, they ban you. I am not the only one. Avoid MyUS – Unfair Fees and Zero Customer Empathy I would strongly advise anyone looking for a package forwarding service to look elsewhere. My experience with MyUS has been a masterclass in poor customer service and rigid, unfair policies. I was hit with an unexpected $8.99 "address correction fee." When I questioned this, I provided a PDF of my original merchant invoice proving that I had provided the correct suite number to the seller exactly as instructed by MyUS. Despite this proof, support refused to waive the fee. Their logic? While I provided the correct info, the seller didn't put it on the outside of the box, so I should be the one to pay for the "manual investigation." The communication process is equally frustrating. You have to fight through a repetitive AI bot (Atlas) that makes you enter your details over and over again. Once you finally reach a human, expect to wait days for a response. When they do reply, they are dismissive and lack any semblance of empathy for the customer's situation. They are happy to take your money, but the moment a minor error occurs—even one that isn't your fault—they hide behind "policy" to charge you more. I ended up paying the fee just to get my items shipped, but I will never use this service again and will be warning my friends and family to avoid them.

Absolute terrible experience, I got hit with $96 worth of hidden fees. They charge fees that can't be found anywhere in their T&Cs, and when asking for a screenshot or directions to these fees they claim to be present somewhere? but without telling you where and just ghost you, this has happened three times now. Their Consolidation is a total scam since they charge you a "Processing fee" per item after the 10th item/20th item (depending on weight), which just acts as a Consolidation fee by literal definition. On top of that I got hit with a customs fee that is higher than the products value itself? For playing cards which literally have 0% customs or duties and only 15% VAT in my country. And lastly they didn't want to accept the invoice of my one shipment multiple times, even though I bought a different product from the exact same place and that one's invoice got accepted, so I had to opt to have that product of mine thrown away because they would have started charging me $1.50 per day for storage fees. Support is so slow it's way cheaper to discard your products than sit with support while it incurs all sort of fees. Will be filling a case at the BBB later this week. Do not use this company. Originally a good service . Then out of the blue, received a bill for £154 … they just took it from my AX card they had on file, 1 month later . They said they had made a mistake and not charged me for the duty and taxes to the UK . I’m asking for proof at present . Want to see airway etc invoice. Don’t seem to be able to get hold of anyone on the phone . 😩 4 days later. Thank you PayPal . They refunded .Thank you resolution centre.

Avoid this SCAM! They are holding your package hostage and adds fees to everything. Expect the shipping to be 5x to 10x more than advertised. They only try to charge you extra for new/other services that you do not want/need. They overcharge you for the delivery. "Suggesting" a severely higher cost service. You could find the advertised shipping which is hidden in settings for the item in your account. But then they are adding other fees. It ended up being almost 5x higher cost of the shipment than the item itself! So I opted for a "free" return. But that was not free either it turns out. Amazon could not pick it up. I was in contact with their incompetent support that only could give generic copied answers. I spent more than a month emailing their "support" with generic copied answers back and forth. But no resolution or effort from myUS to solve it. Eventually Amazon helped me with a refund and MyUS stole the item. Avoid MyUS as the plague. It will cost you a lot of money and/or even more time. They make a living on scamming and overcharges their customers. Adding fees. Their homepage which advertised their shipping fees is a complete lie. You will never come anywhere near that cost. Expect it to be 5-10 times higher. But I would avoid them at all times.
