First time using My USshopping service. Had a great experience as everything worked out very well. I have heard some not great stuff that was mainly associated when Peeps where Ordering multiple items and then Shipping them when they are all together in one Package. I choose the free option of not signing up to anything and Shipping just one Package. The item was also quite expensive but I had 0 issues. The Shipping Cost was expensive but I don't know if that was because the Item was also expensive. I had the exact same item Ship from Japan for $50 less but the US item I bought was as mentioned alot more money to actually buy. Ultimately though MY US did a really great job.

So this is my first experience with my US I didn't know about the company but I wanted a way of getting items from America to the UK as shipping from eBay and Amazon was costing a lot more. My US came up in a search and I thought I'd try them out after I signed up and started making purchases I got worried because I didn't see any progress start reviews and try to trust pilot reviews and messages on Facebook and different forums and was generally negative feedback, which wasn't encouraging. I eventually was able to speak to somebody on the chat and diverge my fear of what the feedback was saying that the service would be provided and the packages I've purchased will be posted. I patiently waited and one by one the packages were arriving note notifications were sent via e-mail I was able to upload merchant invoices as requested which were also approved and then came the moment of identifying which Postal Service to use it all seemed like clockwork which made me wonder what experiences others have had. Anyway so I used 5 day Postal Service with DHL and within 5 days the parcel arrived package safely with all the items I had ordered I'm really grateful that the service that they provided was as per their website. The only thing I would say is that trying to contact them via chat or WhatsApp all the ticket system is badly delayed sometimes there is no agents online on days upon weeks so you have a fear of where your parcel is and what is actually happening I would like to use the service again but just worried about not being able to contact somebody by phone or chat on a regular basis I'm grateful that my parcel arrived as per their commitment thank you so much

Thank you Maxwell, he did more for me than 4 other customer services reps, at least he took action and solved my problem. And escalated the issue of a package that has gone missing myus needs to investigate it, the only reason I am giving 5 stars is cause of Maxwell

Awesome price and fast shipping. Love it. Used MyUS a few times, the shipping rate is so much cheaper than retail price. and they offer premium like Fedex.UPS,DHL as well as budget friendly carriers. My package arrived in 3 days via DHL and in perfect condition. and their subsidiary packagehopper is pretty awesome too.. The shipping cost is 60-70% cheaper than retail price. Will difinitely use their service again. very happy.

I have noting but praise for MyUS.com. Put my choice of purchase in the link box, personal shopper did the rest. Item got shipped to MyUS at Sarasota then shipped very fast to my address in the UK. I was kept informed throughout the transaction. Thank you for a wonderful service 10/10

My first experience with this company wasn't great but in fairness, it was when shipping was insane because of the global lockdown. However - I wanted to give them another chance and I'm glad I did. Since then I have used them three times and have had no problems at all. The last shipment was complicated for a number of reasons on my end but I found their customer service excellent (thank you Tyler). My emails were responded to within hours. I will use them again.

Actually I am impressed with how they served me as a new member. So far, my experience with MYus is beyond my expectation. 1. The customer service is top notch! They handled me really well and I never been waiting for more than a minute to be served. 2. When I decided to bought my Backpack from thenorthface.com, I found that I didn't have to pay the tax. Turns out, it was caused by my tax-free address given by MYus (this was actually reduced my expense around $16). 3. TruePrice feature, I love it. It allows me to know my shipping cost in advance. Compare to other agents, their "Budget Economy" option is the cheapest I found. 4. Long story short, I got a promotional email that says will cut off my first ever shipping cost by 20%-30%. However, by the time I found this email, I was already signed up directly to their website so it wasn't applied to my account. Then I talked to Mr. Roderick (customer service), he decided to escalate my story to his higher management, so hopefully my request will be granted in the near future. Actually I'm still okay with my current shipping price ($37), but what I care is their willingness to give me the best price available. I can imagine if the promotion is applied to my account then it's even cost me cheaper, again it's saved me another $6. So as you guys already know, the less you pay for the product and shipping cost, the less duties & taxes you need to pay. With my calculation, I could save up to $60. With that amount of money, I can feed a full McDonald meal for 12 persons in my country (Indonesia) during this Ramadhan. Overall, MyUS as a company, is truly inspiring me to do better to my own company. This company has different level of service! I love it!
