Thank you for reaching out to us and sharing your recent experience with your quilt purchase. I'm genuinely sorry to hear about the color discrepancy and the challenges you faced with the return process. Your frustration is completely understandable, and I appreciate your patience and determination in resolving the issue. First, I want to assure you that we take customer feedback seriously and are committed to providing a satisfactory resolution for every concern. The color variation you encountered is regrettable, and we are actively working with our suppliers and website team to ensure product images accurately reflect the actual items. Regarding the return postage, I apologize for the inconvenience caused by the high shipping quote. It is not our intention to burden our customers with unreasonable return costs. We do offer the option for customers to use their own shipping label when returning products. However, we kindly remind you that our website clearly states that the return shipping cost is the customer's responsibility. We have this policy in place to maintain a fair and consistent process for all returns, as our ultimate goal is to make sure our customers are fully satisfied with their purchases. Your proactive approach to resolving the issue and the detailed account of your experience are invaluable. We will use this information to improve our service and ensure such issues are handled more efficiently in the future. Once again, I apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for bringing this to our attention. If you have any further questions or need assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us directly. We are here to help.
