Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We’re sorry to hear the coat hangers didn’t meet your expectations in terms of sturdiness, and that the color looked different from what you saw online. Screens can display colors differently, but we understand how disappointing it is when a product doesn’t look or feel the way you pictured it. We want to assure you that Moderny is a real business, and we take concerns like yours seriously. We’d love the chance to understand more about your experience and make things right. Please reach out to our customer service team at [email protected] with your order details and a few photos if possible, and we’ll personally look into it. Your feedback helps us improve our products and descriptions, and we truly appreciate your honesty.
