Thank you for your detailed feedback! We’re so glad to hear that the ordering process was easy for you and that you’re happy with the quality of the product. It’s great to know the postage tracking worked well, and that the packaging kept everything safe during transit. We always aim to keep you informed without overwhelming you, so it’s good to hear that our email updates struck the right balance. We’re also thrilled that you’re enjoying the booklamp! The fact that it's battery-operated gives it extra flexibility, and we’re glad you like that feature. If you have any further questions or need assistance in the future, feel free to reach out!

Thank you for reaching out to us. We're sorry to hear that one of the feet on your item arrived broken. This isn't the experience we aim to provide, and we will certainly look into how this may have happened to ensure it doesn’t occur again. We’re glad to know that, aside from that issue, everything else with your order was satisfactory. If you encounter any further problems, please don’t hesitate to contact us. Thank you so much for your kind words! We're delighted to hear that you're happy with the storage jars and the quality of our packaging. We take great pride in ensuring our products arrive in perfect condition, and it's wonderful to know everything was intact and well-made upon delivery. Due to recent logistics complications, we have been forced to fulfill orders directly from the manufacturer, which is located in China, instead of our usual fulfillment center in Los Angeles, California. Your recommendation means the world to us, and we're thrilled that the communication throughout the process met your expectations. Should you have any further questions or need assistance with future purchases, please don't hesitate to reach out. We're always here to help and look forward to serving you again!
