Our orders ship from US fulfilment warehouses, and the name on the label is a member of the warehouse team, not a private seller. The labels have since been changed to show Healthy Petz. And the box changed this year. We moved from the pink packaging to the new navy box, and the website images hadn't caught up when you ordered. Same product inside.
