I’ve had a good level of customer support. I purchased directly from healthy pets website, on the whole my dog is doing well on it. I personally think that some customers may have purchased the product on eBay or Amazon, and this is where the problem is. It’s sold at a fraction of the cost, so doesn’t that tell you something.
