I only had 1 issue with the product
I only had 1 issue with the product. It arrived in the winter and I believe it froze and turned rancid. Since beginning the Healthy Petz program, Skylar is off Apaquel, Cytopoint injections, Cyclosporine. She is doing well with this product. She has occasional flair ups but they are easily managed. She is allergic to grass so we just address that issue separately. I put the drops in her morning food, she eats with no problems. Ordering with the company has been much easier and I usually receive the product in about a week. I generally by 6 months at a time which works for us. I reached out to customer service with the bad batch, never heard back from them, because this works for her,I reordered and haven't had any problems since. She has been taking Healthy Petz for about two years.

Hi, Thank you for such a detailed review, and for two years with us. Skylar off Apoquel, Cytopoint and cyclosporine with the flare-ups managed is exactly what we set out to do, and the grass allergy handled separately is the sensible approach. I'm sorry about the winter bottle, and sorrier that you never heard back. That was during a period when our support inbox was overwhelmed and emails were sitting in a queue nobody could see. It's been rebuilt since, and every message is now answered within six hours. A bottle that's frozen in transit should always be replaced, so please email [email protected] with the order date and my team will credit it against your next six-month order. Give Skylar a pat from me. Thank you, Barbara from Healthy Petz 🐾
