My dog doesn't seem to be as itchy or as matted as before and dealing with customer service was very pleasant.

Once I ordered I was excited for my dog to try. When my package arrived I opened it and 2 out of 3 were very damaged and leaking what was inside. I sent an email right away with pictures. No response. I sent another email a few days later. No response. I went to their web page to see if I could contact someone from the company and it linked me to the same support email which I found weird because someone responds the next day or two and stated to me that their were no records of my previous emails to them regarding the damaged items. I was a bit frustrated but glad that they did respond back finally and they made it right by sending me another order right away. The damage could of been from the shipping and transportation but it did not say fragile anywhere on the plastic package and it was loosely moving around in a poly mailer bag. The bottles are glass so I was surprised that it wasn't sent in a cardboard box. The actual small box the bottle was in was somewhat protected by thin cardboard but I don't think the post office or shipping people care about items. It sucks that it happened that way but I am glad I get to try this out for my dog. So far he seems to be OK. No big changes and it has been a little over a month. He loves the smell of it which is a smoked bacon smell. His fur is soft but he is still scratching quite a lot.

Our little one is doing much better but still is scratching a bit.Seems to be slow going. Just started her on the second bottle a little over a week ago. I do find she is sleeping almost all night. She had suffered since the day we brought her home. Vet has had her on several different foods, Benedryl, Apoquel, and we have started to cook for her trying to figure out what was causing her to itch so bad. I know after almost two years it will take time to heal her totally. I am as said seeing progress each week with less and less scratching. She has not had another ear infection since taking the collagen nor has she had another hot spot. I was very satisfied with how fast it arrived after ordering it. It was well packaged and arrived in a timely manner. We have appreciated messages and helps or tips we have recived from your company regularly and will be ordering when she starts on her last bottle. again

This summer was so much better than last summer! Last summer I took Tali to the vet for monthly shots because of her scratching and the furry tumbleweeds rolling around the floor. Her coat was starting to look terrible. This summer she was taking your collagen. She needed no shots until the end of August when Ragweed started!

I have a Shih Tzu, 12 years, male, who has skin issues since 2021. I’ve taken him to his primary vet, who placed him on antibiotics, Atopica, Cytopoint allergy injections, and Micona Hex+Triz Mousse, and Virbac shampoo and conditioner, plus a food diet of Hill’s Prescription Diet for Allergias z/d and Hill’s Prescription Hypo treats. I’ve also took my dog to a Allergist/ Dermatologist in Cincinnati, OH who ran a complete allergy/parasite panel, plus took skin scrappings. Results were some food allergies, no parasites, and a allergy to dust mites. To make a long story short, nothing improved his skin oilyness/dryness and as result of this medicine loss about 1/2 his hair and developed elephant skin. I saw your add on my Iphone for Liquid Collagen and decided to give it a try. My Shih Tzu takes 1ml each night before he goes to bed and loves it. So far I noticed that much of the elephant skin has flacked off. The skin where this occurred is really soft and much lighter. Some areas where he had hair loss new hair although spares is coming in. His constant itching has subsided and the dead skin odor is much better. I took him off his meds, but am still taking him to my vet for a Cytopoint injection each 4-6 weeks. I am on the second bottle of Healthy Petz Premium Liquid Collagen and hope his skin will continue to improve and his hair (fur) grow back. If this happens, your product should be written up in a Medical Journal for Vets as it would truly be a miracle. I’ve spent well over 7,000 on my dog’s skin condition since 2021 and nothing really makes it much better. Other than his allergies, his complete blood test and health are very good.

Order delivery was prompt and efficient. We give our dog Collagen with the hope it would help his itching. After approximately 6 mths, he still has itching and taking Apaquel. But we have seen a change overall with his health. His ears and eyes are really clear and he doesn't seem to have the aches and pains in his neck/back prior to taking the collagen.

I started healthy petz two months ago went through two bottles. My mix boxer and pitbull has stopped scratching during the day and at night his coat looks much better. His underbelly doesn’t have the red spots like they were. We hopefully will continue. I ordered six bottles so far so good.

The dropper almost never fills to 1 ml. It takes 2 to make 1ml and the numbers on the side of the dropper fade off to the point you can’t see the markings anymore. I give Healthy Petz Collegen to both my dogs and they like it.
