You pay extremely absurd high shipping rates and don't even get the item the next day. It takes literally over a week. (They give the excuse it's because they use special boxes 😐🙄) They also have ghost bidders that bid you up last 30 min of the auctions. Most the time you pay more in shipping than the item you are purchasing and seldom do they combined items to cut the cost of shipping fees. When you purchase multiple things, you are most likely paying high shipping rates on each individual item you want/win. You could win something for $5 ... you will still have to pay atleast $15 in shipping. It could be as small as earings that you win for $4 and you are still going to pay $15 atleast in shipping... and not even get it til a week or so later. They have a really good scam going on with their shipping. Probably how they make most of their money.

I've been purchasing from their website for years and never complained about mistakes made on their behalf. I recently purchased two lots of jewelry with incorrect weights. The weight on their website didn't match what Fedex weighed them at. I notified their customer service and was provided a refund the first time. They had the proof from Fedex regarding weight. One was over a 1lb. short and the next one they sent was over 2 lbs. short. I notified them again and they told me, "This will be the last time we can offer you a partial refund as this only happens with you." I paid for the weight and the product and I'm the one being accused!! They stopped me from bidding at their location (CT, Bridgeport). I've spent ALOT of money with this particular online store and this is how you're treated and CAN'T WAIT TO SEE IF THAT PARTIAL REFUND EVER HAPPENS. UPDATE: no "partial refund". Liars and scammers...as long as they can get away with it, it will continue.

Absolutely terrible. Extremely unfprofessional. Does not respond or rarely respond to any email communication. Do not Do business here. Spent a great deal of money on this website. They take pictures at angles so you may not see all the defects. They will sell broken items, as if they are working - however many a just junk worthy of the trash can. If you do not receive an item be prepared to go to PayPal or your credit card company for assistance, they may or may not want to issue you a refund. I had an item go to Texas, when I’m in Florida - however they did not want to give me a refund. Told me that it was signed for. But I don’t live in Texas. My Credit card company went after them and I finally received a refund. Another instance FedEx told them that they deliver an item to the wrong address - however it still was a terrible fight for a refund. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM, THE RISK IS FAR TO HIGH.. You can probably find 95% of this stuff on EBay for half the price, and there is a level of protection for buyers. STAY AWAY!!

I won the action on epiphone guitar and got it. When I opened a box the guitar was absolutely in different condition from featured on goodwill site. Pictures was I believe edited and guitar was described as in good condition although it was junk. All front surface is in cracks. Never buy there - one big scam.

I won an auction for an armored motorcycle jacket on this site. The description disclosed that there was mild cosmetic damage. When the jacket arrived, I found that the whole left shoulder armor cup is pulling away from the jacket. That was NOT disclosed in the auction and makes the jacket a lot less safe. I’ve emailed the site twice about the issue, neither email was replied to. I opened a case with PayPal today. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE!!!!

At the beginning of the week I was looking at a small 2 lb hand saw on their site. It was from MN. They stated the weight was 2 lbs and the size listed was small, ( I can't remember the exact dimensions but it was approx. 12" x 6".). The shipping quote was OVER $40! I posted a screen shot of the quote and a comment / question on their facebook page, asking why were they ripping us off on shipping and provided shipping charges from the east coast as proof. Yep, they deleted it. Nice to know that the shopgoodwill page and their site are admin'd by the same people as the Facebook site. Don't answer legit questions just delete them. A word of caution, Watch the shipping charges closely. Some of the locations jack the shipping after the auction when the price doesn't go high enough. They changed the shipping charge on a BOOK, from $9.75 to $30 AFTER the auction ended. When I asked why and provided before and after proof, they told me to pay or have my account removed.

"Bottom line; someone from your office knew of this issue and omitted the problem. If this problem was omited, I'm certain many other known problems are omitted as well. By omitting known problems, you are go from being a charity to being a criminal organization engaged in organized crime. FACTS: You get an item for free, know it's damaged, do not disclose the damage, sell it to an "unsuspecting, trusting" public claiming it was sold "as/is" and pocket the LOOT. If that's not ORGANIZED CRIME, nothing is."

Sent me the wrong item (ordered a jewelry lot and received a box of random books). Been trying to get a response for over a month from the seller and not one email. They literally DO NOT CARE once they have your money! 0 stars! Don't do it!
