I was a long time customer, until their increase in prices to above retail, their ongoing site problems got worse, and when contacted, their tech support refuses to even fix the most basic of online sales problems with signing on.....an easy-fix problem that every other online sales platform in the world recognizes that if good& paying customers can’t sign in, that company doesn’t make sales. I have never seen that level of poor business practices in any company before. Also, the 5-star reviews below are for specific brick & mortar operations, not shopgoodwill. They aren’t even applicable.

Holy Hannah...the shipping cost!! + handling...double you tee eff. I thought I'd buy a few items to spruce up my wardrobe. I couldn't believe a bid I won for $9.99 turned into $21.23 and another from $41.97 to $75.20 with shipping + their handling cost. This should be criminal. Just..shaking my head. LAST time they will see me on their site. What are you doing Goodwill? You have deviated from your course.

Don’t buy jewelry from Shopgoodwill.com there is no guaranteed if your jewelry is 14k solid or not the description that they give is not clear once you received your necklace, so you are not allowed to return or get a refund. I bought a necklace 14k for 836$ when I received the necklace it’s was not 14k solid but hollow. I contact the seller for a return, so the seller refused with many explanation please keep your money don’t pay jewelry or something expensive on Goodwill.com because they is no guarantee. They don’t care about the customer, and they want just the customer to support their mission with money. Thank you this is my own experience

I have made 9 purchases. 3 of which were damaged during their packing prior to shipping to me. Simply put items were significantly damaged compared to online listing and boxes were fine. Damage to the point of ruining items is not acceptable and yet business as usual for them. It's almost as if someone working there lost the bids and damaged them...... All attempts to contact have been "forwarded to appropriate parties" and never get replied to.

Bought an item before the bidding closed. I received Email to go ahead and pay for it. But for whetever reason the page wouldn't complete the payment. Customer service was SO unhelpful and said I needed to delete the item from my open orders. They couldn't even help me complete a transaction. Oh brother!!

Goodwill.com is only good if you want items broken in shipping at higher purchase prices than Ebay with shipping at 3 times the cost with no customer service. Fake Bids-I don't understand how many items go for 60% above Ebay prices considering this site does not even get 1/20th the amount of exposure/traffic of Ebay. High Shipping- Charging $25 for a 1-pound package under 12" on the longest side shipped in my state, this would cost $7.95 according to FedEx's website but they charged me over 3 times as much. Damaged item- Despite the high shipping cost the item came broken due to underpacking and after 3 emails I have gotten no reply from goodwill. Goodwill is a private company that gets all its inventory donated by us with community service mandated by the court system, they pay only the minimum required to remain a legal nonprofit. They then scam people through their "poor mans" eBay site with fake bids and overcharging on shipping on free government-issued labor with free products. American capitalist at its best!

My $120 package was stolen because fed ex did not deliver to the appropriate place at my apartment complex. I filed a claim with fed ex and emailed the goodwill seller. Fed ex doesn’t care, goodwill doesn’t care. I’m out $120. Goodwill mostly uses fed ex so I won’t be back to this site.

This is not the first time but this time I bought an $8 book. My total was over $30 Ridiculous.Your taking money from the poor and suspose to be helping them.Should not even have auctions because you take donated items that are higher priced and auction them for ridiculous prices.They should be left in the store for someone who really wants them
