i would love to give u no stars this dsm company is s scam artists. ilk tell u why the charge u a dollar then say u got till jan 1st for ur 1st charge. that a ducking lie the charged me 35.96. as soon as the 1 dolar box started shipping. i canceled it and asked for my money back. they said no there keeping it. they legally cant keep ur money. since ine the shipping for the seocnd one never got started to u canceld. this companys need to be reported a millon time to the bbb. so they can shut there scamming asss down

Received my first ‘free’ box today. I wasn’t pleased or wowed with what I had received in this box. Products were basic and not exciting, however I love that all of the products babebox endorses are cruelty free. After trying to cancel my subscription, I was told I would have to continue for one more month but at a discounted price. The company does not make it easy to cancel as you have to email someone in order to get instructions on how to cancel the subscription. Boxycharm seem like it would be way more worth it than babebox.

This box was awful!! I got boxycharm items and ipsy items. TWO eye liners and other cheap stuff was in my box. THEN the said I have to buy next month’s box.. so I called paypal and blocked them from billing me. They have 39 complaints from better business bureau!!

I pay 25 dallors a month and I get better quality stuff this is my first box and I am very disappointed that I got eyeliners and lip oil and a highlighter nothing that wowed me mr for sure and I have asked to cancel numbers emails and no one wants to cancel me. It might be a good box for someone who downt mind spending 30.00 but I get better stuff in boxy charm sorry.
