I got my first babebox in October and I was extremely happy with it. The lashes are beautiful and the lip color was perfect. Cant wait to get box #2!!!

I got this subscription confised with a different one. I order this box the 1st part of Nov. Only have I not received it. Babe box charged me twice. I contacted customer support it seems that they're helping me recieve my box but still no box. Really disappointed

Do not go with this box!! Customer service is horrible. Boxycharm is so much better.

I accidentally opened two accounts and I've been trying to close them I have purchased two boxes plus two trial boxes only received two of the exact same boxes been in communication with them and got nowhere worst experience ever but nice products humm too many people and nowhere to contact to explain what's happened I had to cancel one account but it was not in my email as I made a mistake and it was like pulling teeth to get a canceled after I purchase the other box for the following month charge me out of nowhere at 3 in the morning for another box that I have not received

Horrible customer service, false advertising, shady. I tried to cancel after a discounted "trial" box, but they said I was locked in for at least one more month. Luckily, I waived out of their binding arbitration clause, so I'm looking forward to gathering more evidence for a lawsuit on the basis of deceitful sales tactics and false/misleading advertising.

Loved everything I received, the rmeye lashe were one of my fav I received so many compliments
