Worst Mistake Ever, Horrible experience, Literally a scam with no customer service number. I ordered a box under the false advertised promotion on their website."Try your box for a $1". Always read the terms and conditions they state that you will be charged the full price for the 2nd box and there is no way to cancel before. So basically your getting sucked into a two month repurchase, not that crazy bad right. Wrong i paid the $1 that night and was charged the $35.95 right away two days later before even receiving my shipping confirmation for the first box. Tried to log into the account i "supposedly" created when i ordered the $1 box. Well guess what... No email found, no records found. How is there no record of my account when you are sending me confirmation emails and receipts??? Does that sound like a scam, not being able to log in!! I was just going cancel the subscription and take the lost! But oh wait i can't!! After looking over their website a million times i finally found a link to their google docs for a subscription cancellation form. Filled it out and sent it in. I email them as well for a refund. Went onto their socials accounts just to read comments from sooo many other that are having the problem. Crazy to see what they are doing to some people. Most are not even getting responses. Thankfully after emailing them TWICE and commenting on their post i was able to get an email back. A one sentence email to be exact. Saying i would be refunded both amounts. Great that's fine and all if i really get it. After reading what everyone had to say it seems 100% fraudulent. People say they will charge you after your account has been canceled for months. Definitely stopping by the bank later and stopping all payments to them. Beware this is a scammy site.

scammers!!! every review thats positive is FAKE or paid for. there is no way that so many ppl have been scammed and these ppl got good boxes. total LIES!!!

I decided to give Babe Cosmetics a try with a black Friday special and I am so glad I did. The products that I received in my box were great quality and products that I will actually use. I think with a lot of subscription boxes I've gotten in the past, I've gotten tons of products I would never use but I've fully gotten my moneys worth with this box.

Horrendous experience. I messaged to cancel it after receiving 1st box as the items were cheap and not good quality. After numerous unanswered emails I was charged again. For an second box. The issue with that was 1st of all I was 40 miles from home without any money to get home very later at night in a wheelchair at a train station. I had to call a freind to come get me as I was hysterical cold and scared and there were people hanging around. I messaged again to cancel and got a response eventually and I lwas told basically your not getting a refund it apparently states clearly you commit to a second box . I saw this nowhere clearly and not that I could find when I looked. I was told no refund even though the box wasnt shipped and it didn't get shipped for another 2 weeks after I paid. I was told they had cancelled it and had cancelled the box so I said well if I'm paying for it I want the box i paid for. Well it arrived and I can only describe the contents as worse than the first I've had better from 99p store. Quality is poor the items are not nice. I commented repeatedly on their fb page and my comments warning others about having to.pay for the second box were deleted. If it's clearly stated on their website at time of purchase about the 2nd box commitment then why would they delete my comments about this if they were not trying to deceive people. Please don't buy the babebox. Use glossy box. The things are good and yeah you wont like everything you never do with subscription boxes but glossy are great and I always am able to use the products on my self or clients as well.. Also their customer service is brilliant and so helpful and polite nit rude at all. . its loads cheaper than babebox. I do a beauty page and the glossy and Burch boxes are quite good.

This beauty subscription box Is just everything! I love it. It’s the first beauty box I’ve signed up for and I’m glad it was my first choice. The products are so quality and I really did feel spoilt when I received my box! I can’t wait to get my next one ❤️

Ok so LOVE LOVE LOVE animals so vegan/ cruelty free box although I don’t personally use makeup I thought would be perfect for my daughter who is just getting into it. They had a fantastic deal on the first box “just pay the shipping” so I thought why not. Worst mistake ever. After receiving my first box it was not an 11 yearold makeup box and there’s no way to customize the products so I had requested to cancel my subscription. Because the first box was free they had responded that I had to get the second one I had agreed to it which I don’t remember and had checked the website and when you select first free box right under it says CANCEL AT ANY TIME. Received an email the following month my box had shipped so again reached out to them confirming that was it my account/ subscription was cancelled. Just my luck I receive yet another email that my order has shipped this month. So now I’m right mad. I email them again because THEY DON’T HAVE A WORKING PHONE NUMBER! Where the clown tells me they can’t refund me but can cancel my subscription. So that was a no for me and requested a supervisor and a contact number. Never did get a contact number 👍 but did get an email saying they have refunded my payment. After the last 3 months I HIGHLY doubt that’s the case. I wouldn’t bother with this company the products were equal to Walmart makeup brands for $50 CAD you are better off buying the whole shelf at dollar tree. Would not recommend.

1 star because I couldn't give 0 stars. They do not respond to emails. You have to email them to cancel your subscription but they don't respond. So your subscription doesn't get canceled. I got the $1 box and was charged $35 they also said I could cancel at any time. They will keep charging your account no matter how many emails you send. They have not filled the box or shipped it yet so I was begging them to just refund my money because I haven't received anything. But of course I can't get a hold of anyone. All I want is my money back they say they offer all of these options but its false advertising. This is the worst box spend a little extra and get fabfitfun box. BABE BOX IS TRASH!!!
