I love all of these products they all are awesome

Tried a free box (just s&h) based on an ad stating "no strings attached". Was never stated in the process of checkout or in any email, but they force you to agree to paying for a full price second month and will not cancel you. The quality of the product is like what you would find at a dollar store. I use small cosmetic companies all the time, this isn't like that - it's just trash. Not even worth the shipping cost. While their ad shows items like Anastasia of Beverly hills. False advertising and lies. I just want my subscription canceled.

I love my box especially the Luna by Luna external lip oil that I got in my box!!!!!!!! It makes my lips feel soooo good!!!!! I love my babe box!!!!!!!!

First, I’m going to say this: Babe Box never said the $1 box we all ordered was no-strings-attached. In their FAQ and even on the subscription purchase page, they state that the first box is $1 with purchase of a full-price box. I’m not here to complain about that - I used a one-time use burner card on my Privacy account so they wouldn’t get another penny out of me. I’m here because of the product quality and customer service. What Babe Box is sending you are products sourced from Aliexpress, Wish, and Amazon. Super cheap stuff, not worth over $80 as they claim. It’s not even worth the $29 they will be attempting to charge you. Like, at all. Even though the products are garbage, my box arrived missing an item so I contacted customer service and was ignored. I messaged them on IG and Facebook and was ignored. I left a comment on one of their posts on IG and that seemed to get their attention. About 30 seconds after my comment was posted, they deleted it and blocked me. They REALLY don’t want anyone to find out their products are cheap garbage you could probably get from Aliexpress under $5 altogether. Any positive reviews you see are fake, posted by employees, or paid for. I haven’t come across ANYONE who has had a positive experience with this scam company.

Stick to Boxy Charm! The only thing half decent in my box was the Luna Lip Oil. I was sent 2 eyeliners in the same box. I also got a small clear brow gel that dries crusty and a highlighter that was as small as a single eyeshadow. Whoever is packing these boxes isn't thinking about what customers might actually want. So out of 5 items, I will use one that I could have bought for half the price of the whole box. You can't charge that much for a subscription box and not deliver with so many to choose from.
