I was so excited to open my mailbox and find my sample! Shipping was fast and the box inside the package was super cute. It came with 5 products that work amazing and are outstanding quality.

I wouldn't recommend this company. As I have paid for the item more than 1 month with fast shipping and no a sign of being shipped. When I messaged them. They just told me that that's a high volume of order. So they are processing it. I have given them week by week. But no any progress. It such a waste of time. I could have bought the item from somewhere instead of wasting that 1 month for nothing. If there is a no star rate. I will definitely give no star.

Absolutely disgusting company with immoral business practices. If I could give 0 stars, I would. I think this is the first time in many years I've actually been so angry with a company that I went online to write a negative review. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! They are pretty much a scam - I wish I had read the online reviews before I signed up and trapped myself into a sketchy contract. I signed up for a 'free first box' to give it a try - well, it turns out it isn't free at all! I tried canceling this weekend because it's been 3-4 weeks and the box has still not even arrived. Not only do you have to pay for shipping for it, but when you try to cancel, they tell you you can't cancel until you pay for a full month! So, just to add it up - I paid $7.95 for shipping, and today I was charged $29 for the box as well as another $7.95 shipping. That's a pretty expensive 'FREE BOX'! I still have not even gotten confirmation that my subscription has been officially canceled. I cannot say this enough - if you are looking for a monthly makeup/beauty box, sign up for Ipsy or Boxycharm instead- NEVER THIS COMPANY. I would warn my friends and family from ordering from here, and if I can help even one person by persuading them not to sign up to this sketchy scam, then my job is done.

I contacted to cancel subscription over month ago. Received a bunch of crap that i will never use and broken items. They withdrew money from my account again and refuse to cancel subscription. They are thieves and frauds. Now i have to go to my bank to handle this mess. Their idea of customer support is absolutely ridiculous.

They get you to sign up for a free box and even if you don’t make an account they charge you for a subscription the next month. I was under the impression I had to make an account if I wanted to continue a subscription, so I didn’t and was still charged. Regardless, this is too expensive for the lack of products and the products themselves aren’t good. Boxy charm is definitely WAY better.
