Awful company to deal with and definitely not worth your money or time. The products are mediocre at best and half of mine came damaged. Trying to deal with the company is a nightmare. I have been trying to get a refund on a box that never arrived for months with no luck. This company is the worst and definitely doesn’t stand up to the values it claims it stands for.

first free box was ok, but subscquent March box was terrible, totally joke, only 4 items none of them particularly good quality. Definitely not worth 36 dollars. beyond disappointed

First month is not free, they require you to pay for the second month. They said they are updating their FAQ to make this condition clearer. Customer service takes a while to respond, but they thankfully do respond. Items are good quality. Just be warned you cannot return or exchange makeup items! There is no customization for the box, so it’s a toss up if you’ll get anything you can use. However, you can always sell the items you don’t want 🤷‍♀️

Absolutely awful website, total scam. My box never arrived despite me waiting the required time of 2-3 weeks so I sent them an email saying I would like a refund and to cancel my subscription, been five days and still no reply from them. There’s no other obvious way to cancel subscription than via email which is weird and unhelpful.

Don't waste your money! Babe cosmetics can't seem to get anything right! From the quality of the products I received in the box I ordered to the responses from their customer service representatives, they need to start fresh and rethink their entire business model! Their billing department can't even enter the proper charges when processing a charge! If you want a good monthly box that's worth the money, go with boxycharm or ipsy!!! If you enjoy being disappointed, called stupid when you're trying to clarify mistakes in THEIR billing or just like to throw money away, then BabeBox has you covered!!!

Absolutely satisfied!! Very good quality. Very good price. Large selection on on trend in fashions colours and palettes. Was quite surprised at quality of the cosmetics verses the price. My go to line of products for sure. Would recommend anyone give them a try.

Quality of products is great, I love that they are all full size. I did receive 2 brow products and 2 eye-liners so I would prefer to receive a wider range of products, but the overall quality is very good

Wish I would have seen this before ordering. Canceled my box last month and they still charged me this month. Contacted them and was told it is canceled now. Asked for my money back abd was told and for the inconvenience. Buyer beware. This is unacceptable. Not worth what they charge.
