I will post another review once I receive the product. After having ordered the microblade ink pen on May 3, I still haven't received the product. I inquired last week and I received an e-mail stating that the product had been out of stock, despite the fact that when I ordered, it stated that the product was in stock. It's now May 16th and I just now received a shipping notice. This is unacceptable for an internet order. I hope the product is satifying because the order process is not.

I would like to leave zero stars - but - that was not an option. I am in the process of moving and this order has been delayed by a few weeks. So now I will not be receiving it BUT instead of canceling my ordered like I requested multiple times or getting a new address to ship to - ALL - my emails were IGNORED and today my order shipped to my old address (in another state from where I am now). Thanks so much for being my number one WORST customer service experience!! This could have been fixed with some common sense communication. I will not be able to try the product + losing money on it + will NEVER be ordering again + will be warning anyone I can about what a scam this all was. Horrible company.
